行政人事主管(美西)

Responsibilities:

1.协助制定和完善公司的人事管理制度、薪酬管理体系、绩效考核体系、人事档案管理制度、员工手册、培训体系等规章制度,并进行宣导、监督和执行;

2.协助美西仓各部门制定部门管理规范,并监督落实执行情况;

3.负责美西仓员工的招聘、录用、转正、晋升、培训和劳工关系等工作的管理;

4.负责美西仓员工的人事档案管理;

5.负责美西仓员工的考勤工作的管理;

6.协助完成美西仓员工的薪资核算的相关工作;

7.协助仓库各部门的绩效考核管理工作,分析各部门的绩效考核结果并出具

报表;

8.负责美西仓员工的医疗保险等工作;

9.代表公司处理各种与员工劳动关系相关的合同;

10.负责美西仓人事相关费用的审核以及各仓成本的把控;

11.负责美西仓的企业文化建设,提高美西仓团队的凝聚力,提高员工的责任感和工作能力;

12.负责人力资源管理的其他相关工作。

Requirements:

1. 专科以上学历;

2. 行政管理或人力资源管理相关专业优先;

3. 掌握Office办公软件,具备基本的网络知识;

4.有很强的沟通协调能力、领导能力、判断与决策能力、人际能力、影响力、计划与执行能力,综合素质高,有良好的职业生涯规划;

5. 3年以上工作经验,2年以上同等岗位管理经验。

6.中、英流利,有一定的中、英文书写基础。
