Responsibilities：

负责物流系统的统筹管理工作，主要涉及需求与问题的收集、项目进度跟踪、实施与培训、协调等，能与国内技术部门无障碍的进行沟通，能确保系统项目落地。

Responsible for the overall planning of US Logistic system, including managing demands and requests,tracking project progress, overseeing the implementation and training, liaise with HQ IT department to ensure the landing of projects.

负责系统需求收集整理，可提出建议解决方案，提交给产品经理进行分析讨论并形成最终方案；

Collect system demands. Draft and submit solution proposals to product manager for analysis.

负责项目进度的监督管理工作，跟进项目进度，及时洞察项目中的问题、风险并推动解决；

Oversees the projects and keep track of their progress, identify,diagnose, and resolve project issues.

负责协调团队所需资源，确保系统项目能够按照计划实施落地

Identifies resources needed to ensure the timeliness and quality of deliverable.

负责项目实施交付管理，以及收集用户反馈问题可转化为系统需求或改善建议；

Manage project deliveries, collect and transform user feedback into system requests and optimization plans.

负责定期进行项目复盘，与研发项目经理和产品经理进行有效沟通，优化项目管理流程；

Conduct project review from time to time, liaise with R&D and product manager to optimize and enhance project management procedure.

协助客户完成系统对接工作，以及及时反馈客户遇到的系统和业务相关问题；

Assist users with system integration, provide feedback on user issues on the system and the business.

Requirements：

3 年以上系统实施管理经验

At least 3 years of project management and implementation experience

有跨国企业相关工作经验

Possession of practical knowledge and actual working experience in multinational corporation

中文和英语听说读写流利

Fluency (writing and speaking) in Chinese and English

有流程规划与设计能力和高效管理团队的能力

Ability to process planning and design and ability to manage team members effectively.

有准确分析判断信息的能力、数据分析，以及做工作报告的能力

Ability to accurately analyze information. Excellent data processing skills and Reporting skills

极强沟通能力

Good communication Skills
