渠道部高级主管

Responsibilities：

1负责对接海外合作渠道资源，推进合作达成共识，协助项目上线及日常合作，到地维护合作伙伴关系

2制定公司年度月度销售计划，带领业务团队完成业绩目标

3团队管理，制定管理制度，绩效考核等

4业务培训，业务人员招聘，指导运营做好各线上平台运作，管理分配账号

5跨部门沟通协作

Requirements：

1有10年以上带团队经验，带团人数10人以上

2熟悉阿里巴巴国际站等线上平台运作

3能独立开发海外市场

4有充分的项目管理经验，能独立完成项目的推进、监控及分析
