Responsibilities：

1. 服务和支持集团各BG/BU在欧洲各国业务的日常法律需求，包括但不限于：

Serving and supporting the daily legal inquiries and issues of Zongteng's business in Europe, including but not limited to:

a.租赁和商务合同起草、评审和谈判；Lease and commercial contract drafting, reviewing and negotiation.

b.劳动法律事务和劳动法合规；Labor legal affairs and labor law compliance.

c.处理和应对知识产权侵权案件；Handling and responding to intellectual property infringement cases.

d.解答海外子公司各部门的法律咨询；Answering legal consultations from subsidiaries and departments of the company.

e.处理海外子公司的仲裁和纠纷；Handling arbitration and disputes of overseas subsidiaries.

f.配合处理海外子公司经营地相关政府部门可能的调查。Dealing with possible investigations by relevant government departments where overseas subsidiaries operate.

2.业务经营所在地国家的法律法规的遵循和合规，建立海外子公司的合规体系。

Compliance with laws and regulations of the country where business operations are located, and establish a compliance system for overseas subsidiaries.

3.集团总部法务政策的落实

Implementation of the legal policy from the headquarter.

4.管理外部律师事务所和其他合作资源，优化律师库，进行律师费用管控

Manage external law firms and other cooperative resources, optimize the lawyer pool, and control lawyer fees.

Requirements：

1. 具备欧洲国家法学院的法律教育背景，同时具有中国国内法律教育背景者优先；

A legal education background (Master’s degree in European law schools) is a must, and a legal education background in China is preferred.

2. 具备海外法律职业资格或律师执业资格；

Possess overseas legal professional qualifications or lawyer qualifications.

3. 英语精通，同时具备中文语言能力者优先，如果有其他本地国语言能力者优先；

Proficiency in English and Chinese are a must, other local language skills is a plus.

4. 五年律师事务所（客户为企业法律顾问优先）或者大型企业法务经验。

Five years of legal experience in a law firm (the client is a corporate legal adviser is preferred) or a large-scale enterprise.

5. 中资企业背景优先。

Chinese-funded enterprise background is preferred.
