高级薪酬专员

Responsibilities:

1.负责薪酬方案前期数据收集与分析,参与薪酬方案的制定;

2.负责公司加班管理统计及核算,按考勤制度出具公司(含各区域)考勤月报;

3.负责通过系统实现薪酬管理,解答各部门员工薪酬疑问及维护系统数据;

4.负责每月进行薪酬成本及薪酬数据分析统计并生成报表;

5.收集薪酬管理过程中遇到的问题,保持与各部门、员工有效沟通与面谈,为薪酬管理提供合理建议;

6.负责制作公司(含各区域)考勤,工资表,以及个人所得税核算,按公司流程,进行薪资发放流程申请。

7.负责核对公司月度绩效考核结果,及绩效奖金核算及复核等。

8.负责公司(含各区域)社保,公积金的数据核对等。

9.建立工资台帐,负责及时、准确地编制劳动工资方面的统计报表,提出有关的统计分析

报告和改革建议;

10.负责海外工资的核算或复核工作;

11.领导安排的其他工作。

Requirements:

1.本科及以上学历,专业不限;

2.3-5年薪酬核算工作经验,数字敏感度好,善于进行数据分析及统计;

3.熟悉Excel函数的运用(透视表,VLOOKUP,RANK,IF,SUMIFS.);具备基本数据分析能力;

4.工作有计划性,原则性强,具有团队协作精神和积极沟通的态度。
