高级海外支持HRBP

Responsibilities:

1.根据BG业务情况,以HR专业建议及分析能力,梳理海外区BU编制及管控编制。深入业务,当部门架构变革时,了解真实原因及变革后的优势等;

2.组织能力发展:根据公司要求,推动绩效管理、人才发展等工作在BG区域的落地。并针对绩效、组织能力进行评估、反馈,全方位提供专业性建议及人力资源增值服务;协助部门负责人建设、优化事业群岗职体系;负责事业群的职位、编制管理;

3.团队氛围建设:辅助业务部门管理者开展团队建设、团队环境调整,提高团队凝聚力,不断提升团队工作效能,并针对执行结果进行有效反馈和改进;掌握员工动态和个人需求,并协助部门开展员工关怀活动;

4.负责相关部门人力资源数据分析,协助部门管理层反馈相关内外部人力资源相关数据;

5.负责建立及完善管辖部门绩效考核方案及组织实施周期考核,跟进考核结果及组织面谈;

6.配合人力资源部完成相关人力资源项目在业务部门的落地与沟通工作;

7.负责建立及完善人力资源部相关制度的规范,并负责各类人力资源部相关制度在业务部门的沟通解释工作;

8.负责主导海外人资部门相关工作需求在国内落地执行及相关部门配合完成;

9.其他领导安排的工作。

Requirements:

1.人力资源管理及相关专业本科及以上学历优先,英语听说读写优秀;

2.三年以上HRBP工作经验、有海外团队HRBP工作经验及跨境物流、电商工作经验优先;

3.业务思维为导向,熟悉业务,懂激励,熟悉人力资源六大模块,熟悉相关法律法规等,擅长组织绩效,员工关系模块;

4.具备良好的学习能力及主动性强,能够主动深入部门了解业务,对业务部门的需求时刻保持敏感性,能够承接多角色任务的工作;

5.良好的执行能力,工作认真,具有高度的工作热情以及责任心,良好的团队合作能力。
