站点管理经理

Responsibilities：

指导海外分公司进行站点管理，包括但不限于合同及阶段奖惩政策测算与制定、站点KPI设定、人员班次与收派批次设置、操作流程制定及培训、运营质量排名公布与改进、站点纠纷调解、站点辅导与清退。

Requirements：

从事快递行业网络加盟类工作6年以上，其中站点管理类工作不少于2年。 在头部快递企业担任副经理（含）以上职位2年以上。 全日制统招四年制本科毕业，学士学位。 有海外从零开始起网经验者优先。 英语听说读写流利者优先。 有海外工作/留学/生活经验者优先。
