高级HRBP主管

Responsibilities:

1.负责对接产品部门人力资源项目及HR组织职责落地:主动获取业务部门的人力资源工作诉求,促进人力资源战略在业务部门的有效实施,提高人员效率及组织效率。 2.体系推动:对部门进行人才盘点,关注关键人才的培养、发展和提升,帮助业务部门搭建人才梯队,推动组织与人才发展,推进部门年度培训专项落实。 3.人力资源方案落地及专业赋能:结合业务部门的特点,落实推进公司各项人力资源政策、重点项目的落地实施,应用专业理论、方法、工具,为业务团队提供全方位解决方案, 包括招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬、员工关系等人力资源工作。 4.资源协调:深入负责 HRBP 工作,做好与COE 、SSC的沟通协作,及时反馈业务中提出的问题与支持,共同协作服务业务部门。 5.能够在某一模块能够深耕,逐步牵头该模块在部门内的推进和对接。

Requirements:

1.全日制本科及以上学历,英语能作为工作语言更佳。 2.4年以上hrbp工作经验,熟悉各模块基本工作,有人才发展或薪酬绩效模块项目工作的优先。 4.自驱,目标导向,优秀的组织协调能力。能够推动跨文化人力资源项目在当地的实施; 5.皮实,善于挖掘需求,制定方案,沉淀经验并逐步完善人力资源的体系。
