海外客服支持主管

Responsibilities:

1.负责海外客服团队的日常运营管理工作,包括海外客服部门工作流程、系统、人员规划等,确保部门工作的高效运营;

2.负责制定、落实部门人员岗位职责,明确工作要求、工作目标、KPI、以及建立和优化各项管理制度,对部门工作的进行指导、监督、复盘;

3.负责团队人才梯队搭建及人员培养,持续提升团队专业技能;

4.跨部门沟通、协作以及资源调配,优化服务体系,提高团队效能,提升服务质量;

5.通过对业务全流程的了解,推进部门工作的开展,解决问题,提升服务效率、服务质量、优化成本。

Requirements:

1.本科及以上学历,2年以上团队管理经验,对客户服务有独立的认知和思考;

2.英语六级或同等以上水平;

3.熟悉客服管理以及熟悉客服操作流程;

4.沟通能力强、抗压能力强,具备良好的团队合作意识以及解决问题的能力;

5.以服务客户、为客户创造价值为目标。
